Naga DDB Tribal celebrates International Women’s Day with She Spins Power

Naga DDB Tribal’s female-only initiative – She Speaks Power – celebrated its third event installment on International Women’s Day with She Spins Power.

The first two events featured a networking mixer and a speed dating session for female mentors. This time around, we decided to take it to the next level.

What says girl power more than sweating it out in a high intensity 45-minute spin class at Journey Cycle, led by Naga DDB Tribal‘s very own Strategic Analyst-cum-Spin Guru, Nadja van der Drift.

The event brought together the Agency family, Clients and partners.

“She Speaks Power is firmly rooted on the idea of bringing women together – be it over dinner, a mentoring session or even an exercise class.” said Chief Growth Officer, Farrah Harith McPherson.

She also added “There’s a sense of camaraderie that builds when people share the same experiences together and physical training is a good example of that.

It also allows us to highlight the importance of self care, because women often put themselves last, and it is important for us to set a good example for our teams to incorporate health and wellness into our daily routine.”

The event also featured the community’s newly launched exclusive merchandise including T-shirts and caps designed in its first artist collaboration with illustrator thatDania (Dania Mah) and Naga DDB Tribal’s female creative team, which is available for purchase on Naga DDB Tribal’s e-commerce platform, The Den via https://www.the-den-shop.com/

After 20 years of evolving technology, shifting market trends, and adapting to changing consumer behaviour, the media landscape has nearly reached saturation.

We’ve optimised to the fullest, providing advertisers with abundant choices across technology, platforms, data-driven marketing, CTV, OTTDOOHinfluencer marketing, retail, etc.

Now, we’re at a TURNING POINT: time to explore and harness new sustainable revenue streams. While GroupM forecasts a 7.8% global ad revenue growth in 2024, challenges like antitrust regulation, AI and copyright issues, and platform bans persist.

Collaboration is keypartnerships that thrive on synergy, shared values, and aligned goals are becoming increasingly essential.

Hence, the Malaysian Media Conference, in its 20th year, has assembled the partners and players under one roof on October 25 for a day of learning, sharing, and exploring.
