For the next couple of weeks, MARKETING Magazine will be featuring the Gold winners of APPIES Malaysia 2022 Marketing Campaign Awards by sharing the campaign stories.
Mindshare Group clinched Gold for their campaign with Sime Darby Property under the category of AdTech/MarTech.
Titled “The Science Behind The Homebuyer Hunt”, the live presentation was applauded by the judges at the conference, leading to the Gold win.

This campaign aimed to increase on property sales as well as to connect with homebuyers, especially township residents and communities.
Also, the campaign was released during the CNY celebration where a series of hybrid and virtual events were carried out to ignite the ‘Chinese New Year atmosphere’ pre- pandemic.
Finally, it managed to enable Sime Darby to attain over 14,000 leads and sales bookings for products with a Gross Development Value (“GDV”) worth RM197 million that exceeded the company’s target sales for that period.
