Data-driven marketing agency, Happy Marketer, is now part of the Dentsu Aegis Network; the Japanese advertising powerhouse is acquiring a 100% stake for the Singaporean outfit.
Once the acquisition is complete, Happy Markerter will be take on ‘Happy Marketer, a Merkle Company’ as its new name. As part of Dentsu Aegis Network, the new entity will contribute to Merkle’s full-suite of digital marketing services.
Founder and CEO of Happy Marketer, Rachit Dayal, and Managing Partner, Prantik Mazumdar, will retain their respective positions post-integration.
The Singaporean brand, a 10-year marketing agency veteran, provided various digital capabilities to its clients. This includes providing training for studying data analytics, specifically Google analytics. Of course, other digital services that it works with include Salesforce, HubSpot, and Adobe.
