Rachel adds beauty to L’Oréal Malaysia

Rachel Tan joins L’Oréal Luxe as Head of Digital & E-Commerce. 

A season marketer with award-winning credentials, Rachel is a natural when it comes to e-commerce. 
She was Marketing Lead at Shopee for over 4 years, where she was responsible for all marketing implementations, business strategies and workflow.

Shopee has since grown from its infancy years as a local startup. Last year, Shopee recorded annual gross orders of 2.8 billion. 

Before Shopee, Rachel worked for Netccentric for about six years and last helmed the position of country manager for Nom Nom Media in Malaysia. Nom Nom Media is the exclusive reseller of publishers such as Nuffnang Malaysia, Churp Churp Malaysia and ReelityTV.

Rachel, who won Gold as Best Marketer in e-Commerce Marketing at the 2019 CMO Awards started her new role at L’Oréal Malaysia on September 1.

Prior to L’oreal, she was Head of Business for Oxwhite, an e-commerce lifestyle brand that operates on a direct-to-consumer model, providing a range of premium quality products from apparel to home and living essentials.
