Naga DDB Tribal kicks off 2018 with new hires

Naga DDB Tribal drives growth with 20 new hires, new clients and new digital tools
Creative agency Naga DDB Tribal has once again signalled its intention to further grow with the addition of 20 new hires to its team.

Some of the new hires include Yan Ghazaly, the Associate Creative Director, formerly from M&C Saatchi and Cheah Chiann Yi as a Senior Planner who is formerly from Ogilvy.
Also joining the team are three former long-standing members of creative agency The Wizards’ Room, Sherina Noordin and Jay Murali as Business Directors and industry veteran Christie Herman. These are just a few of the 20 hires that will grow the agency to a 200 member team.
“The expansion of our team is a direct result of continued organic business growth within our stable of existing clients such as Astro and Tiger Beer; as well as a few new business wins over the final quarter of 2017,” said Kristian Lee, CEO of Naga DDB Tribal.
“Beyond bringing in new talent and internal up skilling, we are amidst digitizing our agency’s processes and facilities. The agency has recently adopted a new HR app to simplify leave application and staff claims. Our next move will be to streamline the agency workflow from task delegation down to productivity reports, via a seamless digital platform,” added Clarence Koh, Naga DDB Tribal’s recently appointed COO.
