After a multi-agency pitch, Celcom has appointed Mindshare Malaysia as its Integrated Media Agency for a tenure of two years. As the Agency of Record (AOR), Mindshare will be responsible for Celcom’s integrated Above the Line (ATL) communication, brand activation, digital and the company’s strategic media planning and buying.
