Marketer of The Year in Customer Experience Marketing: Teh Wei Seong

Teh Wei Seong, the Director, Analytics and Customer Experience of Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (PAMB) bagged the second Gold in the Marketer of The Year in Customer Experience Marketing category at the Malaysian CMO Award 2022.

Director of Analytics and Customer Experience at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (PAMB) beginning August 2019, Wei Seong Teh is a member of the PAMB executive team.

Using analytics, Wei Seong is in charge of ensuring that the company’s entire customer experience strategy is aligned with excellent execution.

In this era of the experience economy, he advocates for the use of consumer insights to enable a data-driven strategy that can provide quantifiable outcomes across the full customer journey.

A qualified accountant and Fellow of CPA(Australia), his experience spans consumer and enterprise markets in the areas of strategy, marketing, planning, and analytics in the FMCG, IT, and Banking sectors.
