Marketer of The Year in Customer Experience Marketing: Manpreet Singh

With the year that has gone by, I’m sure you as customers agree when we announce, “Unsurprisingly, Manpreet Singh, Senior Managing Director, Head Group Customer Experience Management, CIMB Group, won the coveted Marketer of The Year in Customer Experience Marketing award at the Malaysian CMO Award 2022.”

Manpreet has extensive experience in the field of customer experience management. Her specialties lie in directing transformational change and advancing customer strategies via human-centric CX Design and Delivery models, Innovation, and Process-reengineering programmes based on Lean Six Sigma principles.

Having worked in senior management for both domestic and foreign banks over the course of a decade, she is an expert on the factors that keep customers coming back to South East Asia.

Manpreet is passionate about bringing CX Culture to life, so much so that he has made it his mission to mould a Customer-First attitude across the whole company and employee chain, shifting the emphasis from service quality to the creation and maintenance of memorable experiences for customers.

Her current position at CIMB has her leading the regional team in charge of putting the company’s plans to improve customer experience into action.
