WONDA Coffee lets you rev the NPE for free

Ever wanted to use your coffee can to drive through a toll booth for free?

Well now you can, for a limited period at least.

In another innovative first, Etika Sdn Bhd has launched a campaign as part of its International Wonda Coffee Day (IWCD) celebrations which lets anyone use a Wonda can of coffee as a ticket to pass through the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) for free through the ‘WONDA-Lane’. Set up at the Pantai Dalam Timur & Barat NPE toll plaza, toll will be waived for any vehicle showing a Wonda Coffee can at the special lanes.

Speaking on the initiative Ramakrishnan CN, Partner Entropia, said “since its launch, Wonda Coffee has redefined experiential advertising and set new standards for the industry. With RTD coffee consumption predominantly on-the-go, the WONDA- LANE serves as a perfect reminder and gives a surprising reward for Wonda Coffee lovers, while on the way to work or driving back home”

“It is a new format that ties in medium, moment and message in a seamless and ‘Wonda-ful’ way”, Rama added.

Commenting on the campaign, Etika Sdn Bhd marketing vice president Santharuban T.Sundaram said “At Etika, we’ve always try to push the boundaries and bend the rules of media space. we’ve always looked at ways we could engage with consumers as opposed to merely reaching them and the WONDA lane is yet another testament to that. Working hand in hand with Entropia, the team managed to roll out yet again another first!”
