Due to the agency’s tremendous traction as a massive challenger brand in the industry, the new appointments are aimed at accelerating growth, managing the leadership teams, future-proofing, and driving further transformation into an extremely agile, brand & data-driven focused, client-centric organization.

Agnes, Group Chief Operations Officer, brings with her 25 years of industry experience and has worked on a mixture of global and local brands such as Apple, McDonald’s, Daimler, Celcom and Perodua.

“I look forward to joining Trapper Group as I see the exciting plans for current clients and prospective clients, their growth plans infusing product offerings, and their constant desire for betterment. They know that complacency is the enemy of progress!

That got me excited to join a revolutionary agency with their vision of embarking on helping SMEs around the world with their AI-based offering called Adwork.io which is partnered up with Nielsen. Exciting times ahead,” said Agnes.

To further enhance our core capabilities and long-term competitiveness in Strategic Brand expertise and growth, Gitanjali, Group Chief Strategic Officer, brings over 30 years of global marketing and communications experience, spanning the Americas, Middle East, and Asia.

Gita meanwhile said “I love the drive and warmth shown by the Co-Founders of the group. They have been managing Trapper Group for 23 years and continue to push the boundaries with a degree of passion and vision that I am keen to support.

I am excited to be on this journey with Trapper Group because I believe they have the vision, spirit, and experience to be mavens of the industry.”

Sivanathan Krishnan mentioned that having Kenneth Wong move up to Group Chief Digital Officer is certainly the best way forward as we have always wanted to promote from within and Kenneth Wong has shown tenacity, resilience, deep trust, depth of knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset, a brilliant team player and constantly on the move to do great things for all our clients.

He has been crucial in our digital transformation blueprint and we can certainly expect greater things from him to come.

He came to Trapper Group in January 2020 right before the pandemic and he has shown that he can weather good or bad times by rolling up his sleeves and getting his hands dirty. A great team player and exceptional leader.

Sivanathan Krishnan, had this to say about the recent leadership changes “I was not only looking at leaders but I wanted people who will also share their vast experiences in nurturing future leaders.

All three individuals have shown true intelligence, calmness, caring with quiet strength, warmth, high maturity, and confidence, and most importantly, are structured team players.

Our vision and narrative for the future of Trapper Group is to lead the industry with our proprietary media tools that give our clients a competitive advantage in an uncertain and evolving landscape.

Our collective aggressive approach toward business development over the last 3 years has worked well for us and has brought us tremendous success and recognition.

It is time now to shift gears and create greater synergies amongst our internal team members to deliver an even greater degree of excellence to all our clients, current and future.”
