Former ADA Head of Growth Mahesh Neelakantan has joined Microsoft in Singapore as their Digital Advisory Consultant for Customer Transformation & Innovation in February 2022.
A highly growth oriented and performance-driven professional with experiences spanning over 27 years, marketing veteran Mahesh has held key positions across several countries of Asia consisting of India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Also known to be a successful serial entrepreneur, Mahesh has so far set up three ventures with paid up capitals of less than a dollar and grown them into million dollar businesses.
During his time as the Regional Head of Growth at ADA, Mahesh had driven net new revenue across marketing services, data insights and analytics, marketing technology and E-commerce. He was also successful in increasing the companies Share of Wallet with existing customers, developing and launching the agency partnership program called FUSION, and building a growth culture and mindset across all nine of their markets, among various other achievements.
Some of his prior experiences include stints as the CEO of Newton:TAC, COO of Advocacy Malaysia, and almost 17 years in various roles at various locations with Ogilvy.
