Didi Pirinyuang joins VMLY&R Malaysia as Chief Creative Officer

Global brand experience agency VMLY&R Malaysia has appointed Didi Pirinyuang, as Chief Creative Officer.

In her new role, Didi will lead the agency’s creative team in delivering best-in-class solutions for clients; sharpening its creative culture and driving its strategy to boost the agency’s creative service offerings. She will report to Kenni Loh, Chief Executive Officer, VMLY&R Malaysia.

A creative powerhouse with extensive experience spanning a wide range of consumer segments, Didi’s appointment further strengthens VMLY&R’s regional operation.

It feeds into VMLY&R’s ongoing strategy to attract the best industry talent, and its mission of building connected brands via an unrivalled Commerce, Experience, Technology and Creative offering.

Known in the industry as a ‘creative unicorn’ for her standout work partnering with clients like Pizza Hut, PUMA and PETRONAS, Didi brings with her two decades of hands-on industry experience, including, managing creative teams.

Most recently, she was Executive Creative Director for Ensemble Global Malaysia and previously for MBCS Malaysia, for which she was a founding member, having played a key role in the growth of the business since 2017.

Before this time, she was Creative Group Head for the GOVT KL (now The Clan) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for two years and Creative Group Head for Naga DDB, Malaysia, for four years.

Commenting on her appointment, Kenni Loh, Chief Executive Officer, VMLY&R Malaysia, said: “We are delighted to welcome Didi into the VMLY&R family in Malaysia.
