Celcom’s #StayIn Campaign Is Helping To Spread The Word; Just Stay Home People

Celcom Axiata Berhad is starting a movement to help spread the word to Malaysians to #StayIn with the Movement Control Order and COVID-19 outbreak. They’ve now released a picture you can use as a profile picture on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, or essentially anywhere you have a profile picture. They announced the movement on Twitter, where they tweeted out the above.

To show your support of people staying at home and staying in, all you gotta do is this:

  1. Download the picture at the link here.
  2. Upload it as your profile picture with the caption ” We #StayIn As One, We Stay Safe”

Or you could just save the picture from here, and use that. You know, whichever makes is easier.

It’s a vital message in these trying times with people still going about as usual, acting like this pandemic isn’t a big deal. Campaigns like this, help to highlight the importance of social distancing, and isolation that we’re facing right now. It’s an integral part to the process, and makes it easier for our healthcare professionals to manage the situation.

So let’s all, as a nation, take the next step towards healing, and remember that we’re all in this together.

MARKETING Magazine is not responsible for the content of external sites.

After 20 years of evolving technology, shifting market trends, and adapting to changing consumer behaviour, the media landscape has nearly reached saturation.

We’ve optimised to the fullest, providing advertisers with abundant choices across technology, platforms, data-driven marketing, CTV, OTTDOOHinfluencer marketing, retail, etc.

Media specialists have diversified, but with more options comes the challenge of maintaining income growth. The industry is expanding, but revenue isn’t keeping pace.

Now, we’re at a TURNING POINT: time to explore and harness new sustainable revenue streams. While GroupM forecasts a 7.8% global ad revenue growth in 2024, challenges like antitrust regulation, AI and copyright issues, and platform bans persist.

Collaboration is keypartnerships that thrive on synergy, shared values, and aligned goals are becoming increasingly essential.

Hence, the Malaysian Media Conference, in its 20th year, has assembled the partners and players under one roof on October 25 for a day of learning, sharing, and exploring.
