Stephanie Caunter to step down as ADA’s head of marketing to pursue new challenges

Regional Head of Marketing for ADA Asia, Stephanie Caunter, will be withdrawing from her role at the end of this month. Speaking to MARKETING Magazine, Stephanie said that while she could not yet disclose exactly where she will be heading to next, it will be for a marketing role in the insurance business.

ADA, a subsidiary of Axiata Group, is a data and artificial intelligence company that designs and executes integrated digital, analytics, and marketing solutions. Stephanie has been with ADA for a little over two years, heading brand building, lead generation and supporting prospecting efforts across all of ADA’s 9 markets in the region.

According to her LinkedIn, Stephanie developed ADA’s brand and marketing strategy from scratch, bringing recognition to the brand with key buyers and influential stakeholders across the region. Prior to ADA, Stephanie was the global director for marketing and communications at Catcha Group.

When asked what her reason behind leaving ADA was, Stephanie said that while her time at ADA has been fantastic and she’s managed to achieve quite a bit from what she set out to, she wanted to pursue new challenges.

“I’ve learned so much from my time at ADA and it’s been an amazing experience learning about data and AI at a company that specialises in it,” said Stephanie to MARKETING Magazine. “I’ve had great colleagues and despite being in 9 different countries, we’ve worked very closely and learned tons about proper B2B digital marketing.”

In 2018, Stephanie won the gold award for Best Marketer in B2B Marketing at the annual CMO Awards.

According to Stephanie, ADA has not yet named her replacement but will be making an internal interim appointment for the time-being.
