HYPPTV Hosts Media Screening of Its Latest Drama Series

HyppTV(Marketingmagazine.com.my) – Hypp TV, the award-winning IPTV service of Telekom Malaysia (TM) has showcased its latest local drama series, ‘Jom Kahwin’, the much-awaited political drama series ‘House Of Cards Season 4’, the 2016 Rio Olympic Games highlights as well its other Award winning and exclusive series slated to meet HyppTV viewers up until June 2016.

The HyppTV Upfront 2016 Media screening was attended by Jeremy Kung, Executive Vice President, New Media, TM, Emily Wee, Vice President, Business and Media Operations, New Media, TM together with the casts from “Jom Kahwin” namely Keith Foo, Reen Rahim and many more.

Commenting on the screening, Jeremy said, “As the largest award winning IPTV service in Malaysia, we remain committed in delivering the freshest world class programmes and high quality exclusive local series to our viewers; and we will continue the commitment with this amazing content line up that we are offering.

“Jom Kahwin” is directed by Khabir Bhatia and Norhanisham Muhamad, and was produced by Filmscape Sdn Bhd exclusively for HyppTV. The drama series features Keith Foo and Reen Rahim in the lead roles.

It will premiere on HyppSensasi HD (HyppTV Channel 116) starting 11 March 2016, every Friday at 9.00 pm. The channel can be purchased via ala-carte at RM9 per month or as part of HyppTV’s Aneka Pack channel offerings for RM30 per month. The channel also features a two (2) hours time-shift as well as seven (7) days catch-up functions for your viewing convenience.

The event also showcased HyppTV’s upcoming exclusive international programmes such as ‘House Of Cards Season 4’ from RTL CBS Entertainment. The critically acclaimed series features Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright as the main actors and has won several awards including Golden Globe Award and Primetime Emmy Award just to name a few. In additional HyppTV also offers a variety of world class entertainment programmes exclusive and with the same-day release as the US from international top-rated channels such as Warner TV HD, Universal Channel and many more.

In addition, HyppTV also revealed its latest Chinese, Indian as well as Korean programmes which is set to excite the die-hard fans of Asian programmes. Among the programmes are Ip Man 3 on SCM and ‘Port of call’ on Red by HBO, as well as entertaining variety shows such as ‘We Are In Love Season 2’ on now Jelli channel. HyppTV will also be telecasting live games from the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, later in August this year.

True to its promise of ‘Life Made Easier’, customers who are on the move can enjoy HyppTV programmes and VOD content on their smart devices via the mobile app HyppTV Everywhere. The mobile app now allows in-app registration via mobile number, email address and Facebook for UniFi, Streamyx customers as well as the public to enjoy HyppTV service. The app is available for download on Google Play for Androids and App Store for Apple.
