Datuk Seri Vida releases Hari Raya single, ‘Lavida Raya’ following ‘I am Me’ single
Datuk Seri Dr Hasmiza Othman or fondly known as Datuk Seri Vida has unveiled her Hari Raya single titled Lavida Raya following the success of her catchy single I Am Me.
The music video, recorded in her RM 22 million home in Ipoh, featured her children Cik B and Kacak as well as her friends as backup dancers. The 47-year old cosmetics tycoon decided on a pop-style Raya song composed by singer Cat Farish and written by Mohd Hilmi.
“I opted for a catchy tune so that my song will light up the Hari Raya mood for all my fans nationwide,” said Datuk Seri Vida.
The recording of the video was done a day before the start of Ramadan, she said, adding that all its dance moves were mooted by her daughter, Cik B.
In conjunction with the song’s launch, Datuk Seri Vida said she would be giving out cash prizes and gifts to fans who shared her video on social media. “I will give RM100 and one personal item each day for a week to my fans who share the video with the hashtag #lavidaraya on their personal social media accounts.
“The most creative comments will win,” she said.
