With people on Twitter being up to date on current trends, brands, products etc. others may ask these people for their advice when considering a purchase.

Conversations are a major online purchase drivers – over 51% of Twitter users in Southeast Asia would be more likely to buy a product when there are reviews from other customers, and 37% when there are lots of ‘likes’ or good comments on social media. Product interest and adoption is driven by conversations amongst potential consumers and those who are already customers. These conversations are a great way to boost a brand or product by creating an engaging and new conversation.
