Touch n’ Go eWallet and “Terus Go”

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd launched a new campaign to educate society on how to activate their PayDirect function available in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet mobile app to ease customers’ experience paying toll.

Entitled ‘Terus Go’, the campaign developed by Naga DDB Tribal Malaysia features the convenience of using PayDirect for toll payments by getting users to add their Touch ‘n Go cards into the eWallet mobile app.

Through a 3-part video series, the story line in its utmost entertaining quirkiness communicates comedic scenarios of life’s ‘road block’ encounters in which the TnG card functions as the lifesaver in getting through tough situations.

“Going the extra mile in creative development across multiple disciplines, digital and traditional, has given us a breath of fresh air. We are proud to have been appointed as lead agency for TNGD and are looking forward to greater work through future campaigns” said Alvin Teoh, Executive Creative Director of Naga DDB Tribal.

The TNG Digital PayDirect ‘Terus Go’ integrated campaign went live with digital, radio, print and out-of-home touchpoints. To enhance recall, the brand collaborated with local celebrities SonaOne and Nabilah Razali. To date, the 3-part video series has garnered collectively 3.7 million views on YouTube and Facebook.
