Twitter has inked its second live TV deal and will soon begin broadcasting a live-stream of financial news from Bloomberg TV.

The partnership includes streaming rights to shows like “Bloomberg West”, “What’d You Miss?” and “With All Due Respect”, along with the network’s daily stock market coverage.

According to Tech Crunch, the partnership would entail a sharing of ad revenue between both Bloomberg and Twitter.

“Partnering with Bloomberg will give people on Twitter the best way to see live financial markets performance combined with the live commentary on the underlying drivers and implications,” Anthony Noto, Twitter’s chief financial officer shared in a statement.

This marked Twitter’s second live-streaming deal with a TV network. Earlier this week CNN Money reported that the social platform had struck a deal with CBS News to stream its coverage of the American Republican and Democratic National Conventions onto its platform. 

Earlier this year, Twitter struck a first-of-its-kind deal with the NFL to live-stream a package of its Thursday Night Football games globally.

These partnerships marked Twitter’s growing interest in the broadcast space. Online news site Digital Tends spotted that Twitter had recently changed its category on its iOS App Store going from “social networking” to “news,” a hint of how the platform might evolve.
