Petronas latest Setel video focuses specifically on three common pain points; queueing at the counter to pay, parents managing children at the station and using a separate card to collect and redeem points.
The videos emphasises the stark differences in convenience and speed at which refuelling can be done – urging customers to “Level Up with Setel” as we head into a smarter future.
Iskandar Ezzahuddin, Chief Executive Officer of Setel said, “We are disrupting the fuel & retail-on-the-go space by solving customer pain points by integrating loyalty, retail, fleet and the e-commerce experience onto a single platform. Setel is currently available at all PETRONAS service stations in the Klang Valley and will soon be available nationwide. Besides payment for fuel, Setel provides features such as collection and redemption of Mesra points, PETRONAS service station locator, bill and expenditure tracker as well as payment for Mesra store purchases at selected outlets.
