Hayato Nakata named Country Manager, Crossfinity Malaysia

(Marketingmagazine.com.my) – Hayato Nakata graduated from one of Japan’s top educational institutions, Waseda University, and the 28-year-old lived most of his life in the capital city of Tokyo. His last years of studies in Denison University (Columbus, Ohio) gave him a taste of what his life would be – away from his homeland and building new beginnings in unchartered territory. 

Nakata began his career in Interspace Co. Ltd. In Japan. While at this digital media buying company, Nakata obtained skillsets in business development as well as handling some of the top media agencies in Japan. His diligence in learning the tricks of the trade paid off after three years when he was awarded a promotion making him the lead in sales that covered several industries and agency partners.

In December 2013, Nakata joined Crossfinity Japan with honed expertise in managing teams to provide high level web consultancy services to businesses across a wide variety of sectors. His role here was in the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) area as well as localising the seoClarity project to the Asian market. He was also responsible for researching activity of search engine marketing.

Currently, Nakata has his work cut out for him as Country Manager at Crossfinity Malaysia. Building the company from ground zero when he moved to Malaysia in 2014, Nakata is determined to make this venture a roaring success. His main goal for Crossfinity today is tolocalize its services and corporate culture that suits the market here yet stand by the Japanese mantra – discipline, on-time delivery and producing high quality products and services. Judging from its expanding clientele and increasing growth in revenue Crossfinity has had since its inception last year, it is clear Nakata has all the right moves, is well-equipped and on track to further achievements.Hayato Nakata
