Trailblazing marketer Eve Fong has moved from Nestle Nespresso SA and joined Chanel as the Senior Marketing Manager.
Eve, who won the coveted Gold award for Marketing Trailblazer – Digital at the Malaysian CMO Awards 2021, is a passionate marketer with over 17 years of experience that began with digital and expanded to include integrated marketing locally and regionally.
Eve has a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in managing a diverse range of accounts from industries ranging from retail, automotive, hotel, banking, food and beverage, and FMCG.
Whilst leading the Marketing team in Nespresso Malaysia, Eve was responsible for building the brand in Malaysia. She championed 360° marketing strategies and plans across all verticals (CRM, Brand & Communications, Media, PR, Digital Marketing).
During a quick chat with MARKETING Magazine, Eve expressed her feelings about her new role saying, “I am honoured and excited to be joining such a strong and treasured brand, with a rich heritage and bold vision. I look forward to working together with the team to continue to excite and inspire fans of the brand.”
An advocate of utilizing data and a firm believer of a customer centric approach, Eve is passionate about leveraging on digital and technology to help brands create good, measurable customer experiences that lead to high-performing, sustainable businesses, adding value to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Prior to joining Nespresso, Eve worked in various capacities with companies such as Domino’s Pizza (MY & SG), Bluegroupe Digital, Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid, and The Upper Storey.
