Come what May

BY THE HAMMER

Last month, my COO Vishnu and I sat down to curate an event never done before in our industry. We asked ourselves why this Conference & Festival format had not been done at a scale we had
in our minds.

The answer was quite simple: if it could be done, it would be us who would do it. So that was it….

Come what may, on May 15 & 16, we are going to create new experiences for the industry.

Life is not easy. And it’s short. So we prepared ourselves thoroughly and dived into the deep end. Our journey to bring this to fruition allowed us to spend (waste?) days experimenting and working
with Al.

Vishnu is a natural digital pro, but I am the the accidental student. We invited the best speakers, spoke to valued partners and asked the best brains in our business, starting the journey with much hope and expectations.

On May 15, we will listen to the wisdom and experiences of Lucio Ribeiro. The same day, I will debut my “TV Show” on stage. It will be a bold experiment which will either spur me to actually start a regular videocast or give me permission to drop the idea of a “television show” that has hovered over my turban for the past 10 years.

For this “stage show”, I will talk to the Malaysian CMOs of the Year about their Al experiences working on this idea! We will also have a guided tour of booths; each will have their own customised presentations for
you.

Then we have politician turned VJ personality and ex Minister Khairy Jamaluddin set on the stage on fire with a blistering interactive session about his experiences in the world of media and how
he reinvented himself.

We also have “best kept secret”, powerhouse Prompt Engineer Indhran Indhraseghar, who’ll guide us on What’s Next. The second day climaxes with the latest Ham Report trophy presentation. And hopefully… Happy Hours.

For sponsorship and booths at event opportunities, contact Vishnu for more details.

See you on May 15 & 16, come what may!
