EMPOWERING THE DREAMS OF YOUNG MALAYSIAN TALENTS WITH DASHING DEODORANT FOOTBALL SCHOLARSHIP

It all started from a friendly banter about football on radio between the DASHING Bros team (captained by national footballer Sergio Aguero) and the DASHING Bekpes Hot team (coached by ex-national footballer Sharom Kalam). A friendly match between the teams was decided and a date was set.

The match was entertaining as this group of professional footballers took to the field alongside students of the prestigious football academy, Villarreal Malaysia.

As buzz built surrounding the match, another on-going discussion also took place, highlighting the plight of young, underprivileged children, with recognizable and growing talent in football but without viable opportunities to develop their potential. 2 out of 5 young Malaysian talents need football scholarships and proper training.

In recognition of this plight, and as a proudly Malaysian brand, DASHING Deodorant announced that it is partnering with the Villarreal Malaysia football academy to provide scholarships, granting access to quality football training, mentorship, and a chance for the best student to train in Spain with the pros – securing the future of football in Malaysia.

Hence, DASHING Deodorant has promised that for every goal scored by the Malaysian Football Team at Asia Cup 2024, the brand will award 5 underprivileged kids with football scholarship for 1 year.
