Most marketers share the same goal for the year ahead. However, each marketer faces different challenges. Some are stuck on hiring top talent, while others are having the problem of finding the right technology to cater to their needs.

“Before investing in a dashboard or marketing automation, invest in getting everyone in your team to acquire data vocabulary,” said Sulin.
She adds further that companies should treat organisational learning as something that is as worthwhile as investing in a technological tool. Since after all without learning, investing in a tool or an automation is not going to be utilised.
