There are instances where women have proven to achieve remarkable things despite their age, background or even social standing. Whether they are homemakers with side income or even women with full- time jobs, women have worked extremely hard to achieve their goals.
It all comes from their passion and motivation to learn that promises their path towards success. Not to mention, their inspiration and perseverance that help them overcome obstacles and guide them towards their goals.
The bigger question is where do you start? How do you become successful?
A woman who plays many roles, the 27-year-old Datin Paduka Eina Azman is an actress, singer, model, food enthusiast, and a mother to two children. Eina also shared about her journey and how she aims to guide more women to succeed and work towards their goal.
Reminiscing about her younger years, she has been reprimanded by both her mother and grandmother when it comes to matters of the kitchen due to her not living up to their standards in terms of cooking.
But, that did not stop her. Instead she took it as a challenge and spent more time in the kitchen to enhance her cooking skills. Both Eina’s hard work and persistence has led her to perfect her cooking skills and she also shared her cooking videos on social media platforms.
Now, she is known as an influential role model for Malaysians by encouraging them to try cooking simple and delicious meals.
Her designation as Spokesperson and Brand Ambassador for MAGGI CukupRasa has led her to be one of the mentors of the Program Mentor Wanita Cukup Berani MAGGI.
“As mentors, we focus on knowledge-sharing and offering guidance to the mentees, not only to improve their culinary skills but also their business acumen, critical thinking and self-confidence through various components of the mentorship programme,” said Eina.
On how to be successful, Eina shared, “Learning new skills and gaining knowledge is the first step towards building self-confidence, and one must also overcome their fears. Eina added that these are the core messages I impart to the women partaking in this journey towards becoming ‘Wanita Cukup Berani’.
Eina also mentioned that she has come across mentees who completely transformed, they went out of their comfort zone but some chose to not put themselves out there.
Women can achieve greater heights if they put in effort and believe in themselves it all takes a step to try something new. Discover in depth what is unique about yourself and eliminate the fear within you. Reach for the skies and never give up. Adakah anda ‘Cukup Berani’?” Eina quipped.
Could you share a little about the role MAGGI plays in empowering women?
In a brief conversation with Geetha Balakrishna, Business Executive Officer of MAGGI, Nestle (Malaysia) Berhad, she shared how the Resipi Berani MAGGI reality show came about and the role it plays in helping women of this era.
It is common that the main meal providers at home are women who cook for us, feed us and nurture us to only provide the best for their families. MAGGI CukupRasa guides women to prepare different types of delicious meals despite their busy schedule and enhancing their cooking skills.
Furthermore, women can experiment with different types of dishes, improving the taste of the meals and expanding their culinary business.
In 2020, MAGGI launched the Program Mentor Wanita Cukup Berani MAGGI in partnership with Google Malaysia via Women Will, known as a Grow with Google programme.
The programme is deeply rooted in MAGGI CukupRasa’s ‘Tak Kenal Tak Cinta’ (Never Try, Never Know) spirit that aims to get women out of their comfort zones and try to work towards greater feats by empowering and encouraging women around Malaysia.
Whether it is to focus on their personal growth, business acumen, culinary skills, communications and digital marketing.

The 12 mentees of the Resipi Berani MAGGI Season 2 were chosen from a pool of 2,000 women who attended the 3-day online workshop being filtered through interviews and evaluations before partaking in the reality show.
