It’s very rare for someone to head up two different departments, even if they somehow closely related; that is what Etienne Rizk is signing up for at Total Sports Asia (TSA) as the new Head of Player Management and Legal divisions.

According to Marcus Leur, Founder & Group CEO, Rizk will lead TSA’s new Player Management Division to higher levels of professionalism.

“We’re very happy to have Rizk on-board. Right now, our all-new Player Management unit will stand-out among the other sports agencies in the region,” he said.

The new division that Leur refers to will assist football clubs, players, and coaches across the Asia Pacific continent. Moreover, it will also offer contractual and marketing services, hence why Rizk is working as lead for both departments.

Critical offerings include providing access to TSA’s extensive network and representing interests for clubs, coaches, and players for management purposes.

Rizk brings to TSA 10 years of experience as a French qualified lawyer; he is also someone who has advised all types of sports-based clients. This includes clubs, federations, rights-holders, and related marketing agencies. Major clubs that he has been a counsel for include Paris Saint-Germain. As for massive deals, he has been a participant for iconic transfers like Neymar Jr, Mbappe, and Cavani.

“I am joining TSA with an exciting project ahead and am looking forward to get down to work. I am convinced that with its innovative and creative position in the sports industry in the region, TSA is the right place to be to launch a Player Management division; of course, the goal is to become a reference in Southeast Asia for players, coaches, clubs and other intermediaries around the world,” shared Rizk.
