Samsung India’s latest advertisement promoting its newly launched Samsung customer service (SVC) vans has garnered 33 563,744 views on YouTube upon one week of going live.

The heart-warming ad takes viewers on the journey through the hills and valleys of rural India as a Samsung engineer goes above and beyond to reach the home of a little girl who called in to have her television fixed. Only when the engineer turns on the TV he realises the importance of his timely service to the little girl.

Ranjivjit Singh, Chief Marketing Officer, Samsung told The Indian Express that the ad was to promote the brand’s new initiative of expanding to rural India and emphasise its message of taking care of their customers no matter where they are.

Samsung has launched over 535 Samsung customer service (SVC) vans to reach its customers in various parts of India. The service is available across India’s talukas across 29 states and 7 union territories.
