New CSP Programme Deepens Ties, Boosts AI-Driven Capabilities, and Streamlines Omnichannel Advertising 

Mediaocean, a leading ad-tech company, has announced its Certified Service Partner (CSP) programme with Interpublic Group (IPG), Omnicom, and WPP as inaugural partners.

This strategic initiative not only enhances collaboration but also grants these agency powerhouses small minority stakes in Mediaocean.

The CSP programme enables agencies to integrate and offer Mediaocean’s solutions, Flashtalking and Protected by Mediaocean, to their clients.

These tools provide comprehensive support across ad serving, campaign optimisation, fraud monitoring, and brand safety.

A Growing Ad-Tech Arsenal 

This announcement follows Mediaocean’s US$500 million acquisition of Innovid in November, a connected TV (CTV) advertising and measurement specialist.

By merging Innovid with its earlier acquisition, Flashtalking, Mediaocean is crafting an independent omnichannel platform poised to deliver AI-powered solutions for advertisers navigating fragmented media investments.

According to CEO Bill Wise, “We believe [the agencies’] support will deepen the adoption of our ad-tech solutions. It will also allow us to increase investment in developing innovative AI capabilities and explore acquisitions to provide complementary solutions to marketers and their agencies.”

With the CSP programme and its expanded capabilities, Mediaocean is addressing the complexities of modern advertising.
