EVA AIR AND KINGDOM DIGITAL’S GROWING PARTNERSHIP TAKES FLIGHT WITH CREATIVE AOR APPOINTMENT

Kingdom Digital is thrilled to announce its appointment as the creative agency of record (AOR) for EVA Air, the only 5-star Taiwanese airline rated by Skytrax and one of the World’s Top 20 Safest Airlines according to AirlineRatings.com.

Since 2017, Kingdom Digital has been a trusted social media agency partner for EVA Air, building a solid presence for the airline in the Malaysian market. This appointment marks a significant milestone, expanding the agency’s role to encompass full-service campaigns and creative ideation.

The agency will work closely with EVA Air to strengthen brand awareness, drive anticipation for its flight routes and promotions, and create engaging consumer experiences. The appointment officially commenced in March 2023.

Au Yong Yoon, Deputy Manager at EVA Air expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “Kingdom Digital has been instrumental in establishing our social presence in Malaysia since the beginning. As part of this partnership, Kingdom Digital successfully executed its first on-ground experiential event for EVA Air, “Worlds Within Reach,” at One Utama Shopping Centre from 20th to 24th November 2024.

The event transformed a section of the shopping centre’s ground floor into an immersive experience reminiscent of an airport and runway, attracting an incredible turnout of visitors and travel enthusiasts. Visitors embarked on a travel-inspiredjourney, progressing through phases such as Check-In, Departure Hall, Baggage Claim, and Vacation Time.

Each section featured custom-designed games that highlighted EVA Air’s key destinations worldwide, where participants collected points by completing challenges and redeemed them for prizes at the Baggage Claim section.

To further elevate the experience, EVA Air partnered with HWC Coffee to curate a beverage menu inspired by regions such as Asia, the West, and Taiwan, served inthe Vacation Time section. This area also featured a giant airplane structure and EVA Air logo, creating a photo-worthy highlight for visitors.

To amplify awareness and drive footfall, Kingdom Digital also leveraged EVA Air’s social media channels to promote the event, generating excitement and engagement online.
