Big Tree unveils CuBig, an immersive digital screen, in the heart of KL

Big Tree, one of Malaysia’s leading out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions providers and a subsidiary of Media Prima Berhad, today unveiled their newest and largest digital OOH media – the CuBig @ KLCC Junction. 

This latest installation features a massive screen located on Jalan Ampang, opposite the Petronas Twin Towers, capturing the attention of motorists and pedestrians at the traffic-light intersection of Jalan Ampang, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng and Jalan P Ramlee. 

The CuBig @ KLCC Junction offers a crisp and dynamic digital display and includes anamorphic content capabilities which gives audiences a life-like, 3D visual experience. This immersive technology in digital art also offers a 3D stereoscopic view from specific angles allowing audiences to perceive depth and solidity in the visuals showcased.

“OOH forms a catalyst for enduring-consumer relationships by captivating the mobile audience as they go about their daily routines,” said Chief Executive Officer of BigTree, Shukor Ariffin. “The magnitude of this screen engages extensive audiences in the city centre, especially as they wait at this key traffic-light intersection; this will be the future of advertising on digital OOH”. 

The launch was conducted online and was attended by key advertisers, media agencies and major stakeholders. The name “Impulse by Big Tree” was chosen as the official launch title to convey the idea of OOH media generating awareness and influencing instinctive consumer behaviour.
