Kit Kat creates Singapore-inspired flavours to celebrate the festive season

The Nestle-owned brand will showcase these at its Chocolatory pop-up store at Jewel Changi Airport and Vivocity.

Kit Kat has created eight new creations that pay tribute to iconic Singapore local favourites ahead of the holiday season.

The flavours for Singapore limited edition series will be roti prata with fish curry, which is spicy fish curry complemented with crispy prata pastry, Laksa and nyonya bubur cha cha, which is a nod to the traditional purple and orange dessert complete with desiccated coconut toppings.

For the Singapore Christmas edition series, it will be Mrs Claus’ Christmas fruit cake, which is mixed fruits blend with cinnamon and nutmeg, covered in festive colours, Santa’s gingerbread men, which is a combination of ginger spices with cinnamon and tiramisu.

In addition, there will also be special editions like rose bandung, which is infused in rose flavoured extract and topped with rose petals and raspberry, as well as cendol durian, which is made of gula melaka and coconut.

The Nestle-owned brand will showcase these at its Chocolatory pop-up store at Jewel Changi Airport and Vivocity.

“After an extremely successful launch in April with over 20,000 units sold in just seven days, we are confident that Singaporeans and tourists alike will visit and support our Kit Kat Chocolatory the second time around,” said Chow Phee Chat, the regional head of communications, marketing services, and innovation & renovation at Nestle Malaysia and Singapore.

“We are also delighted to introduce exciting and unique flavours by putting our spin on familiar Singaporean and Christmas delights, especially with the upcoming festive season.”
