( – Today, three million businesses actively advertise on Facebook.

That’s three million companies from all over the world, with more than 70% from outside of the US.

Each of these businesses has a unique story and mission. Whether it’s fashion or fitness, confidence or creativity, each business offers something to its customers and communities that no one else does.

To celebrate the businesses that use Facebook to grow, Your Business Story, a tool that makes it easy to create a video that shows what your business brings to the world has been created.

It is based on the belief that the best way to tell the story of 3 million businesses is to empower each one to share their own.

“Small businesses are at the heart of local economies in Southeast Asia and we are committed to helping local businesses grow,” said Nadia Tan, Head of SMB, Southeast Asia, Facebook.

“More than 3 million businesses are active advertisers with Facebook globally, and SEA is the fastest growing region as more local businesses turn to Facebook Pages for their mobile business solutions.

“With more than 77% of people in Malaysia connected to an SMB page, we know people are actively connecting with the SMBs that matter to them.”

One of the many stories behind the businesses on Facebook is Christy Ng Shoes, an online shoe company in Malaysia that wants to empower women one inch at a time.

Each pair of shoe begins its life at Christy Ng’s drawing board, and women can choose from ready–to–wear shoes, or have a bespoke pair created for them using a 3D shoe design service that offers over a million possible design combinations.

At Facebook, they are in the business of helping businesses grow.
