Nestlé reviews media business in Malaysia and Singapore

Nestle is reviewing its roster of media agencies and find ways to manage media requirements such as strategy, planning and buying, in line with rapidly-changing digital platforms.

The successful agency will be appointed in a few months time for the period January 1, 2019 onwards, and incumbent Mindshare has been invited to pitch for Malaysia and Singapore.
Nestlé also invited a number of agencies to submit their credentials, including the incumbent agencies. The last review for the Malaysia and Singapore business was conducted five years ago, in 2013.
With a presence of over 106 years in the country, Nestlé has nourished generations of Malaysians and Singaporeans with leading household brand names such as MILO, MAGGI and NESCAFÉ.
In January, Society the creative and digital content agency within IPG Mediabrands Malaysia was appointed the digital agency of record for Nestlé brands MILO, Nestlé Ice Cream & Nestlé Breakfast Cereals.

“We have worked across Nestlé brands MILO and Nestlé Drumstick for the past three years, and are pleased to extend our scope of work with them. Nestlé was looking for a strategic partner to support their business by driving consideration and conversion, and we look forward to collaborating with them to steer this agenda forward, said Stanley Clement (pictured), Managing Director of Society.
Society and Ansible now operate under the Reprise banner for IPG Mediabrands, the media management and data arm of Interpublic Group, creating a new full-service global performance media marketing unit.
