IPG Mediabrands has today announced the executive leadership promotions of Cindy Eliza Vaz as Chief Digital Officer, and Debica Sigamani as Chief Talent Officer for the Mediabrands Malaysia network.
In her role as Chief Digital Officer, Cindy will expand the digitisation of Mediabrands Malaysia, leading the digital transformation to offer a comprehensive suite of qualitative programmatic, performance and tech solutions.
Cindy was previously Head of Digital for Universal McCann, Malaysia.
As Chief Talent Officer, Debica will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive business growth and success while shaping the company’s talent strategy to create a culture of high performance and engagement, while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Debica was previously Director of Human Resources for Mediabrands Malaysia.

Their appointments are effective immediately from 1 April, with both reporting directly to CEO of Mediabrands Malaysia, Bala Pomaleh. This appointment further builds on the leadership capabilities and significant digital presence of Mediabrands Malaysia.
