Media Prima Radio Networks’ E-Commerce, SuperDeals Goes Live!


Media Prima Radio Networks, the company known for its 4 radio brands (Fly FM, Hot FM, One FM and Kool FM) who recently launched podcast brand, Ais Kacang embarked on a new adventure in e-commerce business by launching its first e-commerce site, SuperDeals.
SuperDeals is the latest voucher focused e-commerce platform with plenty of attractive deals ranging from food and beverage, beauty and spa, travel, services to activities that will give its consumers maximum savings.
SuperDeals will be Malaysia’s first e-commerce platform to provide trilingual website and customer service.
Live chat, phone call and email are also available in 3 different languages (English, Malay and Chinese) to establish a personal connection with consumers when they reach for any inquiries. Another unique feature available on SuperDeals is that notifications will be sent to the consumers to redeem the vouchers before expiry date.
