The challenge was to convince Malaysians that McCafe could serve Kopi Susu, a drink deeply rooted in local tradition. We orchestrated a cultural renaissance with “Vibe Kopi Susu”. From earworms on Spotify and YouTube, to the aroma of freshly brewed kopi susu wafting from our touring McCafe Truck. The #McCafeBelanjaKopi experience was extraordinary: an 86% increase in sales, a staggering 597% surge in app purchases and over 1 million unique Spotify reaches.
