Guess the Lions betting page(Marketingmagazine.com.my) – Ahead of its awards show, Cannes Lions has invited admen around the world to place their bets on creative campaigns they predict will win.

An innovative concept brought to life last year, the GuessTheLions.com website is where all admen can place their bets on the most creative campaigns of the year, through micro-bets, “1 bet = 1 donation”.

All bets collected will be used to finance campaigns by NGOs’ through the ACT Responsible association.The best gamblers will also be rewarded with gifts from the project’s partners at the end of the festival. 

“Often considered as egocentric or bling-bling, especially in the splendor of Cannes, admen can now restore their image with their science!

“Forecasts-lovers for the most of them, they did not have the opportunity to put a stake on their beliefs. Now, Guess The Lions gives them the opportunity, while helping NGOs to communicate,” shared three French ad lovers Mehdi Boussouis, Matthieu Etienne and Jérémy Froideval who came up with the charity project.

The site is open to agencies and admen around the world, where they can share their campaigns and favorite ads there.

Gamblers can also draw their inspiration from international CEOs and creative directors including Peter Ampe (DDB Brussels), Edson Athayde (FCB Lisbon), Emrah Akay (MullenLowe Istanbul) and Jon Lavin (McCANN Madrid) who will share their valuable predictions on GuessTheLions.com. 

Cannes Lions takes place from 18-25 June and incorporates three specialist events: Lions Health, Lions Innovation and Lions Entertainment.
