Astro jumpstarts post MCO with free ad credits

While we stagger back to normalcy with the easing of the Movement Control Order (MCO) for businesses and industries,

Astro is leading the change with a stimulus package of their own.

In a bold announcement, Astro is now offering RM40 million worth of ad credits for brands to better sustain their media presence and accelerate sales recovery.

39% reduction of brand awareness

An exclusive WARC report by Jane Ostler and Maren Seitz last month declared that brands stand to risk a 39% reduction of awareness after going dark for 6 months.

Kantar’s Irene Joshy adds that brands in APAC need to keep the marketing lights on and take stock of the creative development process during the pandemic. Her mantra for all the certainty out here is simple “Air/Broadcast/Share”.
