Publicis One Malaysia’s Chief Executive Officer Tan Kien Eng has announced the appointment of Lee Tak Shune as Executive Creative Director for Publicis.
Lee has been tasked overall creative leadership of Publicis Malaysia as well as responsibilities to selected brands within the agency in this role.
“I can’t wait to get started on forging a great creative culture at Publicis. Getting to collaborate with the many experts in different disciplines within Publicis One is also something I look forward to and believe can only result in cut-through work for our clients who deserve nothing less,” said Lee.
“We are driving transformational change across the entire Publicis One business model where we seek dynamic creative talents who are ready for change, adapt and take charge on these changes across our large and diverse business,” said Tan.
“Shune brings a lot of that energy and we are looking forward to have him on board to drive the creative innovation of our clients, as well as play an integral role in Publicis One’s creative council,” added Tan.
Lee, who was most recently Creative Director at BBDO Malaysia, has worked on brands including Fonterra, U Mobile, Guardian, Vinda, Unilever, Tesco Malaysia, BMW, Nando’s, Expedia and Eveready.
With 17 years of creative experience, his work has been recognized at leading awards shows that includes Cannes Lions, London International Awards, Spikes Asia, AdFest, the Kancil Awards and the EFFIES Awards.
