Earlier this year, Eco World Development Group Berhad (EcoWorld Malaysia) and iMedia launched a campaign called Bina Bersama earlier to giveaway grants up to RM1,000,000 worth of digital media advertising to help local businesses set up shop.
The grant is given to local business owners that either lease or purchase a unit at any of EcoWorld’s 13 participating commercial properties in the Klang Valley, Iskandar Malaysia or Penang. According to a statement released by iMedia, EcoWorld’s developments offer a setting that is ideal for varied and diverse businesses looking to kick-start their journey.
“We are delighted to be able to offer this exciting campaign together with our valued partner, iMedia – where entrepreneurs can co-create a future together in EcoWorld where #YouBelong,” said President & CEO of EcoWorld Malaysia, Dato’ Chang Khim Wah. “It is a great opportunity for any business looking to grow together and realise their aspirations through our dynamic business networks, in our fast-growing townships across the three key economic growth regions in the country.”
The ideal location combined with tie-up marketing across well-known digital sites such as Oh! Media, Beautiful Nara, Goody25, Moretify, Newswav and many more provide benefiting businesses with a potential reach of up to 5.9 million users.
Since the launch of the Bina Bersama campaign several grant allocations have been confirmed for selected tenants and owners. The campaign is slated to end when the entire grant has been distributed.
“As a digital media company that engages with millions of consumers monthly, iMedia has the ability to execute effective marketing campaigns for local businesses to gain more awareness at the start,” said CEO and co-founder of iMedia, Voon Tze Khay. We are happy to be partnering with EcoWorld on this initiative and are delighted that the response since the launch has been so encouraging as we truly believe Bina Bersama is an irresistible opportunity for many future business owners at any Ecoworld townships and we look forward to supporting them in their new ventures.”
