Malaysian Music Production Studios TWO AM has recently completed a remix of Lorde’s ‘Royals” for Cadillac and the China market. Shot in the streets of New York City for Cadillac by inimitable French director Eric Will, the spot features a Two AM remix of artist Lorde’s world-wide hit Royals.
The new two-and-half-minute advertisement was an international affair: commissioned by an American company to sell cars in the Chinese market it was shot in the streets of New York by French director Eric Will. Lorde’s song was re-recorded in Malaysia at Kuala Lumpur’s Two AM studios, which are owned and run by Kiwi expatriate composer and musician Anton Morgan, and the vocals were by Chinese-Malaysian singer Melissa Wong.

“It was refreshing to get to work on such an amazing track. I put the finishing touches on the remix created by Chris Hurn from Two AM New Zealand,” said TWO AM composer Oliver Stutz
Cadillac USA have already said it is the finest piece of work they have had created for them for the China market.
“Working with those guys was awesome and it always is. I first searched the net for all remixes of “Royals” and it just never caught up with the level of the song. What Two AM did was offer a wonderful new take on the song while respecting its true essence. Well done!” added film director Eric Will.
“It fills me with great pride to have such awesome in-house talent such as Oliver Stutz and Chris Hurn,” said TWO AM’s Anton Morgan.
