GroupM’s Mindshare Malaysia has partnered with Hyper Labs to launch SHOP+, their Global differentiator, where it will create Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered BOTS for advertising and brand’s owned assets
With this partnership, Mindshare clients will be able to create both conversational and commerce BOTS to drive hyperpersonlised engagement and deliver enhanced user experience for brand advertising assets.
These BOTS will help consumers discover, engage and purchase products based on their personal behaviour and preferences across brands websites, Instant messengers and even ad units.
Commenting on the launch of SHOP+, Dheeraj Raina, GM & Head of Strategy of Mindshare said, “In times of connected consumers, advertising has to evolve into becoming conversational at all levels of the consumer journey.
