Omar Shaari has more than 25 years of ad agency experience, working with international and local agencies, and for 10 years now, running Dentsu One. In between, he founded his own agency which he sold to a US-based agency group. Omar was a 4As council member serving four presidents until 2015, with most of his years holding the education portfolio. He was responsible for the Astro-4As Advanced Leadership Program with The Berlin School of Creative Leadership and the Graduate Fellowship Program, among others.
David Mayo is CEO and Country Head of Ogilvy & Mather Malaysia, he even founded his own agency RedCard which in 2004 became the most awarded agency in Asia at Cannes Lions!
