René has nearly 20 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. He is currently the Chief Customer Service & Experience Officer of Celcom Axiata Berhad, where he has successfully transformed the division with substantial increases in net promotor scores and sales and has also achieved drastic cost reductions.

Advisor/Principal Consultant – Digital Talent Development & Leadership and People Analytics
Imran has more than 23 years experience in the human capital development field as a HR generalist, HR subject matter expert and HR Consultant. He obtained formal training on Human Capital Metrics & Benchmarking from PWC/Saratoga Institute in London. He was directly involved in the development of competency matrices for ICT industry and tele-communication sector in Malaysia. Imran is an Adjunct Professor at University Malaya and also the Advisor cum Principal Consultant with a few organisation namely Huawei Technologies Ltd(China), GTEX.Asia, & GOS Indoraya.

Global Director, Marketing & Communications- Catcha Group
A brand builder and natural communicator, with an affinity for tech, thanks to an Electrical Engineering degree. Stephanie has led award-winning, cross-border teams to create brand-defining programmes and points of view such as PwC Malaysia’s Building Trust Awards. Pioneered digital marketing efforts at PwC Malaysia. A Diversity and Inclusion advocate who wrote a monthly personal column, ‘Changing Hats’.
