TikTok, the leading destination for short-form mobile videos is encouraging users to show how they would celebrate scoring a goal for their favorite
team during “El Clásico”, which will be played this Sunday 1st of March at 9pm.
For this occasion, TikTok and LaLiga have partnered up again after the success of HolaLaLigaSantander and #RedibujaLaLiga, which gained more than 215 million views combined.
Using the hashtag #ElClasicoChallenge and thanks to the exclusive effect launched in-app specially for this occasion, football fans will have the chance to show-off how they would celebrate scoring a goal for their favorite team at El Clasico and with the audio sound of a football stadium.
Since landing on TikTok, LaLiga has gained 1.1m followers and nearly 10 million likes. This success within the TikTok community is due to the large amount of exclusive content adapted to the platform through which users can enjoy the best moves of the present and the past and live football accompanied by the best TikTok effects and music.
The challenge will be available internationally from today and all platform users can participate until after the game. TikTok continues to position itself as the main destination for football users who want to follow everything about their favorite football teams and players. In addition, thanks to the great diversity of users found on TikTok, football fans can discover exclusive content of key football moments and get to know their favorite players more closely.
