Out-of-home advertising agency, TAC Media, recently appointed Afzal Khalid as its Director of Business and Expansion to turbo-charge TAC Media’s growth plans globally.
In his immediate past appointment, Afzal spearheaded the Mobility and Transport Ecosystem at Touch ‘n Go eWallet leading the digitisation of Touch n Go’s mobility services into the eWallet and driving usage across toll, parking and transit applications. Prior to that, he led the Business Development division at Grab Malaysia, unlocking value-added synergies to future-proof Grab’s business model and customer proposition.
Founder and Managing Director of TAC Media, Angie Cutter, said that TAC Media is committed to innovating for impact and is constantly on the lookout for people who are dynamic, focused and proficient in delivering impactful solutions, to join the agency.

According to a statement released by TAC Media on the new appointment, Afzal is a versatile leader able to transition across formulating high-level strategies, managing key partnerships and implementing complex projects with ease and precision. Having worked across a wide range of industries, departments and teams, he is both an enthusiastic team player and a capable individual contributor, the statement read.
