In a career spanning 16+ years, Dheeraj started his career with L.G Electronics in India, having worked with a content start-up STPL, at Ada as the Managing Director for Malaysia and Cambodia and with Mindshare in India as Senior Director Strategy and subsequently with Mindshare Malaysia as General Manager, Head of Strategy and the Managing Director
In his last role as the Managing Director of Mindshare Malaysia, Dheeraj was driving the turnaround and transformation of the largest agency in Malaysia and also part of the EXCO of GroupM.
In his current role as the CEO of Dentsu Media in Malaysia, Dheeraj is leading the media line of business for Dentsu International in Malaysia across agency brands and scaled services of iProspect, Carat, Dentsu X
Dheeraj has invented Proprietary frameworks for Retail, Telecom and Travel industry in marketing planning and has been also part of the mentor programme for Fintech/SME/Start-ups of Malaysia nurturing their growth and evolution in the country.
Dheeraj has been recently featured in the Campaign Asia’s 40under40, a coveted list of 40 outstanding marketing practitioners in Asia-Pacific.
