Malaysian Shopper360 lists on Singapore stock exchange

Three decades on and local shopper marketing experts Shopper360 finds themselves on the Catalist board of the Singapore stock exchange. 

The listing — which commenced June 30 of this year — is a momentous step forward for the Group and timely commemorates their 30 years of history within the shopper market industry. 

The Group sees business in three main segments namely In-Store-Advertising and Digital Marketing, Field Force Management, as well as Sampling Activities and Events Management.

The Group was fortunate to have had their shares three times oversubscribed and at an opening price of +16%, and with the listing, the Group hopes to expand their services to ASEAN. 

Chew Sue Ann, Executive Chairman and Group Managing Director of shopper360, said since its inception as an in-store advertising provider in 1986, the group has grown organically. Through mergers and acquisitions, it has evolved into a full-fledged shopper marketing services company. 

“The winning formula of our successful operations in Malaysia can be transplanted and adapted in other ASEAN markets. Today, we stand on the cusp of making inroads into Singapore and Myanmar. shopper360’s listing in Singapore will further raise the visibility of the Group as we embark on our next phase of growth,” said Sue Ann.
