With speed, agility and fast-changing advertising technology gathering momentum, IPG Mediabrands has decided to reinvent its media buying, with the launch of Pasar Media.
This one-stop-shop for all media buys will serve the SME market in Malaysia.
Pasar Media is an attempt to redefine the future of media-buying, in keeping with the fast-changing media landscape.
The innovative platform created by IPG Mediabrands, and Ansible, its mobile and technology arm, provides an easy-to-use online platform for advertisers to buy media space.
The platform provides quick access to all media options and ancillary services, with an aim to provide fast and efficient real-time booking, and support the advertising needs of the local SME.
Speaking about the launch of the platform, CEO of IPG Mediabrands, Bala Pomaleh said, “The time is ripe for a service such as this, especially for the SME market.”
He added, “Advertisers are able to take advantage of our special rates and discounts with media owners which we pass on to the advertiser. The cost of buying media becomes extremely affordable for most SMEs.”
This one-stop-shop of all media on the Pasar Media platform will thus provide SMEs with a wide variety of options, given their strong requirement of print advertising.
The initial phase of the launch has the print partners on board, with NSTP (Harian Metro, Berita Harian & NST), Sin Chew & MSME joining in.
The next phase will see TV, radio, OOH and digital media options to provide a full-service of all media options.
The user-friendly platform offers a minimalist and straightforward view on what is required from the advertiser, from the point of selection of media options, to booking, and finally with execution.
Pasar Media supports SMEs end-to-end with artwork creation guidelines that makes the process simple throughout the media buy journey.
